Gateway Communities develops and builds its own projects and has been building single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and apartments for over 30 years. Gateway has two product lines: 1) A boutique apartment portfolio in urban Charlotte which comprises of assets with 20-90 units and 2) Master-planned communities that are over 200 units. In the 30 years of operations, Gateway has built over 5,000 living units throughout the Carolinas. Gateway prides itself on producing a quality living environment at affordable prices.
